Privacy & data handling
MajorDTF is DTF prepress infrastructure. You send us artwork; we return a print-ready file. This page is a plain-English description of what that involves so you can decide whether to integrate. Questions or deletion requests: support@majordtf.com.
What we collect
- The images and image URLs you submit for prep, vectorize or recolor.
- Your account email and API keys.
- Processing metadata (image dimensions, the method chosen, quality scores, credit usage).
Where your artwork is processed
To do the work, your image and account data may be handled by third-party providers:
- Image processing — your image may be sent to specialist providers for background removal, upscaling, and (on some images) AI analysis or redrawing. Tracing to vector runs locally on our own servers — your file isn't sent anywhere for that step.
- Hosting & storage — your files and account data are stored with our cloud infrastructure provider.
- Payments — card payments are processed by Stripe, an industry-standard PCI-compliant processor. We never see or store your full card details.
Some of these providers process or store data on infrastructure located in the United States.
Retention
Download links are signed URLs valid for 24 hours. We automatically delete your input and output files after 30 days. Want them gone sooner? Email support@majordtf.com and we remove them on request.
What we don't do
We never train on your artwork and never use your files or inputs to improve our prep engine. We don't sell your data and don't add it to public datasets. You keep all rights to your artwork — see the Terms.
This policy reflects current practice and may change as the product evolves; material changes will be posted here.
