By using MajorDTF — the API, MCP server, CLI or web app — you agree to these terms. Questions: support@majordtf.com.

Your artwork & rights

You keep ownership of everything you upload and everything we return. You confirm you own the artwork or have the right to upload and process it. Don't submit content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademark — you are responsible for the files you send.

Credits & plans

Processing is billed in credits (prices in CAD) — simple downloads cost 1 credit, AI redraws 2 (Standard) or 4 (Pro). Previews are free and you only spend credits when you download; free AI previews are subject to a daily limit. Credits are prepaid, non-refundable once spent, and non-transferable. On the Shop Pro plan, simple downloads are included subject to fair use (one shop's own production, not resale or redistribution of the service), and a monthly credit allowance is added to your wallet for AI redraws. For a problem with a charge, email us and we'll make it right.

Acceptable use

Use the service for legitimate prepress work. Don't abuse, overload or attempt to reverse-engineer the API, and don't resell raw API access as your own product without agreement.

Service "as is"

MajorDTF is provided as is, without warranty. Automated prep is a tool, not a guarantee — always check output before sending it to press. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credits you paid for the affected work.
